How is Kapow Primary’s pricing structured?

Kapow Primary offers annual subscriptions based on your school’s size and the number of subjects you choose. The more subjects you add, the better the value. Every subscription includes free access to our Wellbeing module. Schools subscribing to all subjects also receive exclusive access to our PE modules.

What are the subscription prices?

Prices are valid until 31 March 2026 and exclude VAT.

Small Schools (0–150 pupils)

Note: All subscriptions include the Wellbeing module at no additional cost. Subscribing to all subjects includes access to PE modules.

Can I add more subjects later?

Yes. You can upgrade your subscription at any time. You’ll only pay the price difference, pro-rated for the remaining time on your current annual plan. This means instant access to more subjects without restarting your subscription.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

No, subscriptions do not auto-renew. Your access will end automatically unless you choose to renew. We’ll send reminders before expiry — and 92% of schools choose to renew!

Is there a free trial available?

Yes. Schools can enjoy a 14-day free trial with access to all subjects, teacher CPD videos, lesson plans, and the Wellbeing module. No credit card is required to start the trial.

How can I pay?

You can pay instantly by invoice or credit card. Once payment is received, access is granted immediately.

Are there discounts for small schools or MATs?

Yes. We offer special pricing for schools with fewer than 80 pupils,
