Could be provided with the Activity: Product concept (guided) to prompt their line of thought as they write; could work in pairs or in small groups to inspire each other’s thoughts and ideas.

Pupils working at greater depth: 

Should include detailed annotations and justification for their material choices and form; should consider all points from the client’s letter and try to incorporate them in the product concept (e.g. carabiner clip attachment).
