Lesson plan

1. Recap and recall

Display the Presentation: Gimme five! and ask the children to recall five things from the previous lesson, one for each finger on their hand.

Once they have thought of five, they should tell a partner and give them a high five.

For example:

  1. Puja is a form of Hindu worship.

  2. Some people pray to say thank you to God.

  3. Festivals can be a way of thanking God.

  4. Some Christians sing to worship God.

  5. Celebrations are a way some people show gratitude.
