Lesson plan
Arrange the children into pairs.
Display the Presentation: Noughts and crosses and use the activity to recap vocabulary from the previous lesson.
Ask each pair to create a three-by-three grid on a whiteboard or piece of paper and write a feature found on a coastline in each space, using the list on the screen as a prompt.
Before placing their shape on the grid during a game of noughts and crosses, they must say the definition of the word.
