Support and challenge

  • Provide an A3 copy of the Resource: Symbols and ask the children to place the loose items over the top of their chosen symbol.
  • Provide a smaller selection of materials for the children to choose from.
  • Challenge children to create a symbol to represent something or somewhere special to them.
