Lesson plan

1. Recap and recall

Explain that the children will be thinking about Sikh beliefs about equality. Display the Presentation: Agree or disagree? and arrange the children in pairs. Read the statement out loud. Ask the pairs to discuss whether they agree with the statement and to explain their reasoning. Challenge the children to use learning from the previous lesson in their discussions. (They should agree with the statement based on the scripture and practices from Lesson 3.)
