Lesson plan
Explain that the children will play a game to help recall key vocabulary from the unit. Let them know that the winner will be the first child to call out ‘Bingo!’ when they cross out three words in a row (vertically, horizontally or diagonally).
Display the Presentation: Key vocabulary bingo and hand each child a whiteboard and pen. Ask the children to divide their whiteboards into a three-by-three grid and choose nine words from the list on the slide, writing one in each box. Use the Activity: Bingo if required (see Adaptive teaching).
