1. Recap and recall

Explain that the children will be thinking about what makes a good algorithm. Display the Presentation: Range of answers and arrange the children in pairs. Read the statements out loud. Ask the pairs to talk about which statements are true, which are not true and which might not always be true. Encourage them to give reasons for their ideas.
