Sarah Frecknall Music specialist

Sarah Frecknall is a specialist music teacher, currently working in a primary school teaching music from Nursery to Year 6.  Sarah started her teaching career as a Year 3 class teacher, and her music career as a professional jazz singer, before combining the two to land what she describes as ‘the best job in the world!’

Sarah’s 16-years’ teaching experience have led to her being in-demand for teacher training as well as leading local music groups.  Always keen to continue learning, Sarah is currently studying the cornet and violin, to add to the five instruments she already plays. Sarah believes in opportunities for all, and champions music as an essential subject in schools, as something that everyone is capable of accessing, no matter their background and ability.
