1. Recap and recall

Hand out whiteboards and pens, one each. Display the Presentation: The verb ir - to go. Invite the children to predict and jot down which of the words in the word bank will fill the gaps in each dialogue. Ask the children to explain their reasoning, such as pointing out that verbs ending in ‘s’ are usually in the second person.
