Lesson plan
Display the Presentation: Odd one out. For slide 1 ask the children which word is the odd one out and why. The answer is on slide 2. The answer is une chemise - a shirt because it is a noun and all the other words are adjectives.
Repeat the exercise with the remaining four slides. The answers are:
Slides 3 and 4: the odd one out is un pantalon - a pair of trousers because it is the only masculine noun and all the others are feminine nouns.
Slides 5 and 6: the odd one out is vert - green because it is the only adjective in the masculine singular form. All the other words are adjectives in the feminine singular form.
