1. Recap and recall

Play Jacques a dit (the French version of Simon says):

  1. You say Jacques a dit and one of the weather phrases below that the children learned in the last lesson, and the children perform the mime to go with it.
  2. If you just say a weather phrase on its own, the children should not perform the mime. If they do, they are out.

Simone Haughey French specialist

Previously a generalist Primary teacher for 12 years, Simone now specialises in Languages. She is MFL Consultant and Languages Teacher at Robin Hood Primary.
