Lesson plan
Play the game, Lève-toi si tu portes… (Stand up if you're wearing...).
Say a sentence using the model, Lève-toi si tu portes ... - Stand up if you are wearing [and you name an item of clothing].
Those children wearing the named item of clothing, must stand up.
It is likely that the children will be wearing school uniform, so this will dictate the vocabulary that you can test with this game. The following are some example sentences that you could use and include some more complex sentences specifying two items, which will keep the children listening carefully.
Lève-toi si tu portes une jupe - Stand up if you are wearing a skirt
Lève-toi si tu portes un pantalon - Stand up if you are wearing trousers
Lève-toi si tu portes une robe - Stand up if you are wearing a dress
Lève-toi si tu portes des chaussures - Stand up if you are wearing shoes
Lève-toi si tu portes un pull - Stand up if you are wearing a jumper
Lève-toi si tu portes un pull bleu - Stand up if you are wearing a blue jumper
Lève-toi si tu portes une jupe et un pull rouge - Stand up if you are wearing a skirt and a red jumper
Lève-toi si tu portes un pantalon et une chemise blanche - Stand up if you are wearing trousers and a white shirt
