Lesson 1: Follow the instructions

Before starting this unit, you might want to check the children can recall:

• Counting to ten in Spanish (uno, dos, tres, cuatro, cinco, seis, siete, ocho, nueve, diez) - for revision and practice, show the Pupil video: Number 1 to 10 several times before beginning Lesson 3: What classroom items do you have?
• The Spanish vowel sounds 'a', 'e', 'o', 'i' and 'u' - these can be revised using the Pupil phonics videos, as needed.
