For the Key stage 2 Making connections units, a working scientifically themed quiz is provided. In place of the Knowledge and skills catcher, children will present their research in Lesson 5: Investigating grip strength – Presenting, which offers an opportunity to assess their knowledge and skills. The Resource: Teacher enquiry assessment can be used throughout the unit to record pupils’ progress.
