Adaptive teaching
Adults could give support by:
- Showing the Resource: My interests to help the children choose something they enjoy.
- Encouraging the children to point to a picture on the Resource: My interests before answering verbally.
- Using sentence starters, such as ‘I like…’ or ‘My favourite… is…’ to support responses.
