Lesson plan
1. Stand the children in a circle and start them off chanting together the numbers 1-12 in French.
2. After a couple of rounds, repeat but with the children clapping for each count.
3. After a couple of rounds, repeat but with the children stamping one foot for each count.
4. After a couple of rounds, repeat but with the children clapping on the even numbers and stamping on the odd numbers.
5. Finally, repeat but this time go round the circle with each child in turn counting the number and either clapping or stamping.
