Lesson plan
Display the Presentation: Speak like an expert and click on each image to enlarge it. Ask the children to choose one of the images and talk to their partner for one minute about the ceremony shown. Repeat, asking the children to change roles and choose a different image.
Discussions may include:
People involved in the ceremony and their roles.
Symbolism, including actions and objects.
Promises or words that may be said.
The place where the ceremony takes place and its significance.
