Lesson plan

1. Recap and recall

Hand out the whiteboards and pens and arrange the children into pairs. Display the Presentation: Growing up.

Ask the children to write down 3 changes that have happened to them as they have got older and 1 change that they expect to come across when they get older.

Examples might include:

  • Emotional changes such as a change in feelings, confidence, opinions, wants and/or needs.

  • Physical changes such as a change in hair colour, strength or height.
