Display the Presentation: Quizmaster and provide copies of the unit Knowledge organiser. Ask the children to think of a question and answer about their learning last lesson that they could ask a classmate. Allow time for the children to ask each other their questions.

Pupils needing extra support

Could use the word bank from slide 1 of the Presentation: Buddhist Canon  to check the meaning of words throughout the lesson; could sort a see section of cards from the Activity: Buddhist scripture jigsaw rather than all 10.

Pupils working at greater depth

Should justify their decisions clearly when sorting the cards; could explain how a person might change the way they live their everyday life if following the teachings in the Buddhist Canon.
