Lesson 5: Complete and reflect

Prepare a table with lots of different making materials, potentially a resources table the children will use later in the lesson.

Hold up different items, one at a time, asking the children to call out what it is as you do so.

Then try testing the children's knowledge of joining by holding up two different materials, and asking them to suggest how they could be joined.
