Pupils should be taught to:

- To develop a wide range of art and design techniques in using colour, pattern, texture, line, shape, form and space
Pupils needing extra support: Some pupils may find mixing the colours difficult so could be paired up with more able children. Provide a printed copy of a hand for any pupils who will find it difficult to draw around their own hands.
