Pupils should be taught to:
- Improvise and compose music for a range of purposes using the inter-related dimensions of music
- Play and perform in solo and ensemble contexts, using their voices and playing musical instruments with increasing accuracy, fluency, control and expression
- Use and understand staff and other musical notations
Pupils needing extra support: Should be given the notes to use and may need to give them an order to play them in.
Pupils working at greater depth: Should be pushed to organise their music so it fits accurately with the animation clip they are using.
