Lesson 4: About a beast

After looking at adjective families, children play a game in pairs against the clock, with one child acting as the 'runner' and the other, a 'scribe' to improve their understanding of different adjective forms.

Learning Objectives

  • Recognising how and why adjectives change

  • Building a sentence in the correct order by putting the adjectives in the right place 

  • Able to spell and punctuate a sentence correctly
