I am trying to place an order, but nothing happens when I press submit

  1. Have you selected the subjects you wish to buy? 
  2. Have you confirmed that you accept our terms of use and privacy policy?
  3. Are there any error messages?

Can schools reclaim the VAT?

UK schools should be able to reclaim the VAT on a Kapow Primary subscription. We will send you a VAT receipt to enable you to do so.

How do I get a receipt for my purchase?

Get in touch with our finance team via [email protected] and they’ll be happy to help.

How do we pay?

You can pay with a credit card, or ask us to send you an invoice. It doesn’t matter to us either way. You get immediate access and do not need to wait for us to receive payment before enjoying the resources. If you prefer to pay by invoice, we will send this to the finance contact at your school if you provide their details when you sign up. Our payment terms are 30 days.
