Could use the Activity: Template (support) to help make the slots and cut out the sliders; could practise cutting along lines on scrap card before attempting to cut the slots on their final base.
Pupils working at greater depth:
Should create the slots using either the second or third method and with greater accuracy; could create a game with three sliders; could make longer sliders to allow for more words and pictures; could create the slot by using a hole punch and cutting without having to tape part of the card back together.
