Hand out whiteboards and pens and display the Presentation: Anagrams. Ask the children to unscramble the words on the screen. Once complete, they should create sentences using each word.

Could focus on the images or symbols from the Activity: Christian Practices rather than any of the written cards; could use the Resource: Knowledge organiser – Religion and worldviews – Why doesn’t Christianity always look the same? when unscrambling the words and forming sentences in the Recap and recall.

Should suggest which cards they think could belong to a specific denomination and why; could have a copy of more than one set of cards to sort, such as images and quotes about worship; should suggest ways to sort the cards.
