  • Could pre-read or re-read the Resource: Health benefits to embed the knowledge.
  • Could use the images and vocabulary on the Knowledge organiser as prompts in the Wrapping up to reduce cognitive load.

Pupils working at greater depth: 

  • Could explain how different physical activities may benefit our minds and bodies in different ways, e.g. yoga vs. swimming vs. rugby.
