Important

This unit is part of the new RSE & PSHE scheme, developed in line with the updated government Relationships, Sex and Health Education guidance. The lesson content will be published by 1st November 2026.

Unit outcomes

Exploring human rights, laws and how the legal system helps uphold fairness in society. Pupils consider the consequences of breaking laws, examine prejudice and discrimination, and identify ways to challenge stereotypes to promote equality and inclusion.
