Introducing puberty

This RSE & PSHE video introduces pupils to the changes that take place during puberty. It explains how boys’ and girls’ bodies change as they grow into adults and highlights the role of hormones in driving these developments. The video also explores emotional changes and hygiene considerations, helping children to understand that puberty is a natural and individual journey.

This video is part of Kapow Primary’s RSE & PSHE Health and wellbeing resources for Key Stage 2. It supports teachers in delivering age-appropriate lessons that build pupils’ knowledge and confidence around personal development and the transition to adolescence.
