Lesson 5: Making soup

After developing a class soup recipe in lesson three and practising their fine motor skills in lesson four, pupils prepare different fruits and vegetables in groups ready to make, taste and evaluate the soup.

Learning objectives

  • To observe and help (where appropriate) with the use of tools to prepare ingredients.
  • To describe the finished product and evaluate the process.
