This video introduces the children to the Kapow characters and their families. The characters help children think about friendships, tricky decisions, staying safe online and making positive choices. Older characters also introduce experiences linked to growing up and becoming more independent, helping children practise skills for looking after themselves and others.

This video is part of Kapow Primary’s RSE & PSHE videos, which enable teachers and pupils to explore growth and change and help develop personal, social and emotional skills, as well as an understanding of relationships and health education.
