Explain that the children will recall vocabulary from the previous lesson by working out words hidden underneath the paint splats. Display the Presentation: Paint splat and hand out whiteboards and pens.

Pupils needing support:

  • Could rewatch the pupil videos before sorting the images in the Main event.
  • Could identify one Muslim object or item of clothing and one Jewish object or item of clothing in the Main event.

Pupils working at greater depth:

  • Could explain their choices when sorting the prayer objects and clothing by worldview.
