In this Design and technology video, the pupils are shown how to transfer a design to embroidery fabric and then to stitch along the different lines using various threads.

The video shows pupils how to mark out a design using a pencil and then colouring pens on a piece of embroidery fabric. They then see how to use different threads of different textures to stitch along the lines, taping the tails to the back of the fabric using masking tape.
