Lesson 3: How can I show my feelings kindly and calmly?

Lesson 4: How can I let others know what is okay or not okay for me?

  • To practise telling others when something feels okay or not okay to me.

Lesson 5: Who can I talk to if something does not feel right?

  • To name who I can talk to and what I can say if something feels unsafe or wrong.

Lesson 6: What should I do if someone is being unkind again and again?

  • To recognise bullying behaviour and know what to do if it happens.
