How to allow parents access to content
Parents have the right to request access to RSE/PSHE content taught by their child’s school.
Teachers can provide access to individual lessons or whole units using a secure email link.
Parents do not need an account to view the content.

To share a lesson with a parent please follow the instructions below:

1. Open and view the lesson you wish to share

2. From the lesson, click on on the “Parent view” button in the action bar

3. You should see a pop-up box with an area to add an email address

4. Press send invite and monitor your invitations from your account

Please note:

  • Once the link has been opened by the parent it will be valid for 14 days
  • If the invitee does not open the link within 10 days it will be deactivated
