Can I swap the subjects my school has subscribed to?

No. You may not cancel a subject or swap one subject for another part-way through a subscription year.

However, if you have a subject membership you can add more subjects, and you can also upgrade to Essentials or Complete. Contact us to find out the best option for your school: [email protected]

How long does a membership last?

Kapow Primary memberships last for a minimum of one year, but we’d be happy to discuss multi-year terms if required. Please contact us at [email protected] with any questions about this.

How do I add sub-accounts or additional users?

The account administrator for your school account can create sub-accounts for each member of staff so they have their own logons for Kapow Primary.

If you cannot add someone, contact us immediately at [email protected] providing the email address of the person you need to add.

Can someone who is not in the UK use Kapow Primary?

Yes. Our resources are designed around the national curriculum for primary schools in England, but the practical nature of Kapow Primary’s subjects and our adaptable resources mean that teachers from all over the world find inspiration and time-saving content. Several international schools are members of Kapow Primary.

Do you offer individual memberships?

No. We only provide school memberships and are unable to offer them to individual teachers.
