Should use the Resource: Shabbat around the world (support), which includes traditional ingredients for Ashkenazi and Sephardi recipes, when identifying recipes in the Main event; could focus on fewer recipe cards to identify where the recipes came from; could have the Resource: Friday night dinner plans transcript in the Main event.
Pupils working at greater depth
Should think about traditional meals from different countries and how these could be prepared for Friday Dinner while following traditional practices; could record the ingredients, highlighting the key parts to explain whether they think a recipe is Ashkenazi or Sephardi.
