Recap and recall

Arrange the children into pairs. Display the Presentation: 3D art. Hand out a piece of scrap to each pair and ask them to take turns to recreate a shape shown in the photo. Encourage the children to use the techniques they discussed last lesson such as rolling, folding or scrunching.

Should look at the Resource: Tree of life for ideas when drawing their tree; could refer to their 3D drawing from Lesson 2: 3D drawings to remind them of the different paper shaping techniques.
