Recognising bullying and asking for help

This RSE & PSHE video introduces the children to The STOP song, helping them recognise bullying and understand how to respond safely. Through simple lyrics and repetition, the children learn that if someone is unkind several times on purpose, it is important to tell someone and get help.

The video helps the children understand that they are not alone and encourages them to seek support from trusted adults or others who can help. With clear visual prompts for each letter of S.T.O.P. and familiar characters, the children learn how to recognise repeated unkind behaviour and take positive steps to keep themselves safe. This supports the children in developing confidence, awareness and strategies for dealing with bullying.

This video is part of Kapow Primary’s RSE & PSHE KS1 videos, which enable teachers and pupils to explore growth and change and help develop personal, social and emotional skills, as well as an understanding of relationships and health education.
