Pupils working at greater depth
Could be given the Resource: What’s the story?: Bass line to play, which has a harder technical difficulty level (due to the ‘leaps’ between the notes and the fact that there are two notes in each bar); could be given the sheet music for their instrument if they have extra-curricular music lessons (see Teacher knowledge).
