Adaptive teaching

Should choose and copy one of the simpler suggested designs from the Resource: Ideas for bunting designs so the task is achievable; could limit themselves to using just two or three colours so they can focus on the shapes and lines rather than too many details.
Pupils working at greater depth
Should design a more complex pattern of their own invention that combines different shapes and lines, linking their choices clearly to the chosen awareness day theme; should be able to explain why they have chosen each part of the design and how they plan to make it.
