The Baha'i worldview

This Religion and worldviews video supports teachers in understanding the key beliefs and practices of the Baha’i worldview, a less commonly taught but globally significant faith. It introduces central Baha’i ideas, including belief in one unknowable God, the importance of unity, and the succession of messengers from many world religions. Teachers will learn about the lives of the Bab and Baha’u’llah, the founders of the faith, and explore how Baha’is practise through prayer, fasting, and acts of service—often without clergy, but with elected community assemblies.

This video is part of Kapow Primary’s Religion and worldviews scheme – God. It equips teachers to confidently introduce pupils to Baha’i concepts such as global peace, religious harmony and equality. The video supports accurate teaching of vocabulary, beliefs and practices, enabling meaningful classroom conversations around unity, diversity and shared values across worldviews.
