Sing and remember: The seas around the United Kingdom
In this Geography video, pupils learn and recall the names and locations of the seas surrounding the United Kingdom through music and movement. The catchy lyrics and memorable tune help pupils remember key geographical facts while supporting listening and map-reading skills.
As pupils sing along, they are introduced to the North Sea, Irish Sea, English Channel and Atlantic Ocean. They learn how each body of water borders different parts of the UK. The video reinforces positional language and helps pupils visualise how the UK is connected to the rest of the world by water.
This video is part of Kapow Primary’s Geography videos, supporting pupils in developing confident recall of key physical features in and around the UK.
