Y3/4 (B): Transition
This end-of-year lesson supports children with the transition between year groups. Year 3 pupils create goals to aim for in Year 4, whilst Year 4 pupils consider the strategies that they can use to deal with change.

Unit outcomes
Pupils who are secure will be able to:
- Understand past achievements and how goals can help us to achieve in the future.
- Understand that change is part of life and that there are strategies that they can use to help them cope with change.
