Rebecca is a former primary interdisciplinary teacher with TLR knowledge and experience spanning ‘Design and Technology’ and ‘Computing’, thanks to her postgraduate degree in education which covered product design, food and nutrition, graphics, systems and control, and engineering. She also holds a degree and experience in Graphic Design and has taught in both mainstream and SEN/D settings, which has given her the ability to differentiate and adapt conventional methods of teaching. Her role at Kapow Primary involves taking complex concepts and distilling them into innovative lessons and visuals to fulfil the needs of pupils and teachers alike. Her passion is to engage and inspire the young people of today, to learn and explore more about the world around them.
When away from the office, Rebecca can be found experimenting with Japanese cuisine, enjoying the great outdoors, and tending to her family, which includes Poncho the kitten and her guinea pigs Moofie and Mable.
