Russell Stanley is Director of Health & Wellbeing in Schools Ltd, a Midlands-based organisation specialising in high-quality support for Personal, Social, Health & Economic (PSHE) education and statutory Relationships, Sex & Health Education (RSHE). The organisation works with schools, charities and education partners to strengthen PSHE practice and support positive outcomes for children and young people.
Russell has experience across education, public health and school improvement. He retrained as a primary school teacher before moving into specialist PSHE and Health & Wellbeing roles within Local Authority education and public health teams, including leading a Healthy Schools programme. He has also worked closely with a range of partners and served as a primary school Chair of Governors.
Through consultancy, training and curriculum support, Russell works with schools to develop effective PSHE provision and support staff, leaders and communities to deliver confident, evidence-informed health and wellbeing education.
