1. Recap and recall
Silently mouth one of the feelings phrases from Lesson 4: How are you? (see Teacher knowledge):
- Bien - good (one thumb up).
- Muy bien - very good (two thumbs up).
- Mal - bad (one thumb down).
- Muy mal - very bad (two thumbs down).
- Fantástico - fantastic (two thumbs up above head).
Ask the children to show their understanding with their thumbs. Repeat a few times, then invite volunteers to come to the front of the class to mouth how they are feeling. Model a few times, then play the activity in pairs.
