Pupils needing extra support: 

Should use the Knowledge organiser to support with musical vocabulary when describing samba; could, in the ordering activity, identify only the first three instruments.

Pupils working at greater depth: 

Should use appropriate musical vocabulary to describe samba music; could discuss how each instrument used in samba music contributes to the overall sound; could consider why people worldwide (not just in South America) enjoy listening and dancing to samba; could consider how and why samba music makes people feel.
