Lesson plan
Arrange the class into groups of five and provide each group with the Knowledge organiser and a ball. Explain the rules of the revision game 'Hot Potato' to the groups:
Sit in a circle of five and when the music starts, pass the 'hot potato' (ball) around the group (like in Pass the Parcel).
When the music stops, whoever is holding the 'hot potato' must answer the question, telling their group the answer.
- They can use the Knowledge organiser to help them if needed.
Play the music and periodically stop it to ask the following questions. Allow the pupils to tell their groups the answer before taking feedback.
